You give us a call and we ask a few questions — where the trouble is, how long it's been going on, and what kind of system you're on. Most of the time we can tell you right then what's likely wrong.
You get a price and a time
We tell you what the work will cost and when we can be there. You approve the number before anything starts. If it's an emergency, we'll tell you straight whether we can get to you.
We do the work and clean up
We come out, do the job properly, test it before we pack up, and leave the place the way we found it. You'll know exactly what was done and why.

on the road daily
The shop is at 150 McKay Loop Rd in Pennfield, and the truck runs through St. George, Blacks Harbour, Beaver Harbour, Lepreau and St. Andrews. Being local means you're not paying for somebody's drive in from the city.
If you're planning to drop by the shop, give us a ring first — most days we're out on jobs.
